If your question isn’t answered in the help file, you can seek further information by clicking on the feedback icon and choosing “Frequently asked questions”. This will take you to the online FAQ for SatWin on the SATURN website. This should always be your first port of call.
If your question is still not answered you can ask for help by clicking on “How do I…?”. If you have any suggestions, or find any problems in SatWin, you can choose either “Feedback...” or “Report a Problem” from the feedback menu shown above.
This will launch a feedback form that you can use to submit your questions, suggestions or problems. Clicking “Send” in the form will generate an email which will open up in your default email client. You may then send it to SATURN support.
