10.20.25     MXDIVIDE: Divide one matrix by another cell by cell

MXDIVIDE  mat1  mat2  mat3

Divides each cell in mat1.ufm by the corresponding cell in mat2 and outputs file mat3.ufm; i.e.:

If Tij2 = 0 (strictly absolute value < 1.0**-10) then the output value is always taken as 1.0. Similarly if the absolute value of Tij3  < 1.0**-10 it is rounded down to 0.0.

MXDIVIDE may be used, for example, to establish the growth factors of one trip matrix relative to another.
