Issue Details

Description: There is an issue with the latest Windows 11, version 24H2 update which is causing SATURN programs on some problems to crash unexpectedly. Please note, this issue does not affect the assignment and output results otherwise.

Current Status: The Microsoft Developer Team are currently investigating and we will update the status when there is further information.

What You Need to Do

We recommend that users do not install the latest Windows update while we investigate the issue.

However, if your users experience any problems having installed the latest Windows 24H2 update please email the helpdesk by clicking the CONTACT button and provide the following details:

• Description of the Issue: Clearly describe the problem you are experiencing. Include any error messages or unusual behaviour.
• Steps to Reproduce: List the steps you took before encountering the issue. This helps us understand how to replicate the problem.
• Software Information: The SATURN product experiencing the issue.
• Screenshots or Logs: Attach any screenshots or log files that might help us diagnose the issue.
